What PSU wattage do I need?
« on: February 04, 2010, 04:52:02 AM »
I've just bought a "ECS GS7610 Motherboard & AMD Athlon 3200+ Bundle" on ebay. It doesn't come with fan or memory but I can probably just use my old ones that I'm using now. But I forgot about the power supply unit. The one I've got is 300 watt will that be enough or will I have to buy a new one?

The ebay link is below but it doesn't mention anything about power supply:

Your 300 watt should run it okay but I would consider upgrading it if and when you can.  300 isn't a lot when you start adding on your bits and bobs/peripherals etc...
